Once you have successfully logged into the server you will be presented with a web page that will present you with many options

From this page you can create up to 20 user accounts.  Each user account will also create an email box.  New user accounts can also be allowed to be a site administrator as indicated by the crown above.

Your current location in the site management interface is indicated by the orange indicator on the left hand menu.

When you are actually connected to the server, you can put your mouse over most items for tool tips and additional information.
