A few facts:
- Mandatory Day Camp Training for all adults, jr. volunteers, and red shirts is Saturday, May 15, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, at Custer Road United Methodist Church (Custer between Legacy and Spring Creek) in the Upper Room (south end of the church, second floor).
- Day Camp is June 7-11, 2010 at Bob Woodruff Park North.
- Registration fees and dates are as follows:
- Early: March 25,2010 6:00-7:30pm LDS Church 2700 Round Rock
- Regular: April 8,2010 6:00-7:30 Before Roundtable
- Late: After April 8,2010
- There are two sessions per day:
- Morning session is 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Evening session is 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Children under the age of 18 must be in one of four camps (and appropriate forms must be submitted by the dates above): Tigers, Scouts (Wolf, Bear, Webelos), Lil' Scout Buddies (formerly Papoose) or Jr. Volunteers/Redshirts.
This year, all necessary forms are available on the Great Plains District website in pdf format. Parents/guardians can now complete the interactive forms right on their computer using their web browser (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required)! Simply click on the link below and click the "highlight fields" button to mark the fields which can be filled in on-line. Once you have filled in the fields, click the "Print" button at the top of the form. It's that simple! Please remember to sign the forms once printed.
