Day Camp forms are now interactive and available on-line! You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (download Adobe Reader) to complete the forms on-line. After you've typed in your information, simply click on the Print button and sign the form...it's that simple! Please don't forget to attach a current photo on any YOUTH registration form and sign all forms.
