A few facts:

• Day Camp is June 9-12, 2008 at Bob Woodruff Park North. June 13th will be a rain day, if needed.
• Registration fees and dates are as follows:
  • Early registration is $55 (save $25!) by 2/16/08
  • Regular registration is $80 between 2/17/08 and 3/8/08 price extended to 4/5/08!
  • Late registration is $100 between 4/6/08 and 6/9/08
• There are two sessions per day:
  • Morning session is 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Evening session is 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Children under the age of 18 must  be in one of four camps (and appropriate forms must be submitted by the dates above): Tigers, Scouts (Wolf, Bear, Webelos), Lil' Scout Buddies (formerly Papoose) or Jr. Volunteers/Redshirts.
• Jr. Volunteers are siblings of Scouts in camp who have completed 5th grade. Jr. Volunteers age 10-11 must remain with their volunteering parent/guardian in camp or in the Lil' Scout Buddies Camp (LSB) with parental and LSB Director permission. Jr. Volunteers age 12-13 may be assigned to assist Station Staff.
• Red Shirts are registered Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts or Venturers (only) age 14 or older. Red Shirts will be assigned duties by the Camp Director.

This year, all necessary forms are available on the Great Plains District website in pdf format. Parents/guardians can now complete the interactive forms right on their computer using their web browser (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required)! Simply click on the link below and click the "highlight fields" button to mark the fields which can be filled in on-line. Once you have filled in the fields, click the "Print" button at the top of the form. It's that simple! Please remember to sign the forms once printed and attach a current photo to all youth applications.

When completing forms, please fill in all blanks. All the information on these forms is required by the BSA which receives its requirements from the State of Texas. It is required by the state for any type of camp to be held, including a BSA camp. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must have all blanks completed.
