Troop Program: All programs develop strong character, citizenship, leadership and values. Monthly campouts with new adventures and skill development as focus. Monthly service projects supporting community, environment and 
public lands. Quarterly fundraising to support Troop activities.
Troop History: Began in 1999 seeing need for Troop in far-central Plano and southwest Allen satisfying Scouts need to explore new places, build strong character and contribute to the community.
Troop Traditions:
  1. Strong emphasis on outdoor programs.
  2. New locations each campout with planned skill development, career investigation, educational, historical or teambuilding activities.
  3. Year around (12 months) outdoor campouts.
  4. Community service opportunities 6 time greater than expected by BSA.
  5. Strong hiking program.
  6. Continuous focus on merit badges during Troop meetings.
  7. Fundraising activities by the Scouts to pay for all Troop and some personal expenses.
  8. Very active adult leadership.
  9. Fun with a purpose!!!
